Technologies and Types of Connection

Three main types of intercom systems are offered, depending on the method of communication:

  • DECT intercoms – wireless technology with a range of up to 200 m.
  • GSM intercoms – operate with a SIM card, allowing calls to mobile and landline numbers.
  • WiFi / 3G video intercoms – connect to the home network, enable remote access and control via smartphone. The range can be extended using WiFi repeaters.
