The main advantage of swinging doors, which makes them preferable, especially when closing more intensive traffic areas, is that they are faster than sliding doors. A significant disadvantage to them is that they require space for the radial movement of the wings, which is not always available. Additionally, swinging doors are prone to sagging and are difficult to maintain, especially in winter. Therefore, they are not suitable for closing larger spaces.
